RETURN POLICY
Cancellation
Due to custom services, customers do not support the cancellation of orders 24 hours after the order is placed.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 24 hours after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep a tracking number when sending out your package as proof.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective,damaged then contact us ,so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proper photo and video evidence must be provided.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
